Achievements: You Shuai conducted systematic research on third-generation solar cells, addressing key scientific issues such as the design of high-quality functional layer films, control of perovskite film interfaces, and the controllable preparation of large-area, long-life solar cells. His strategies involve precise molecular design combined with synergistic multi-strategy control of surfaces and interfaces, leading to the development of several key technologies that underpin the creation of large-area perovskite modules with ultra-fast manufacturing processes and high-efficiency designs, laying a solid foundation for high performance perovskite photovoltaic devices.
