High-performance para-aramid paper is a high-performance material prepared from para-aramid nanofibers as the matrix and short-cut fibers as the reinforcement through modern papermaking wet copying and hot press molding process.
Advantages
The product is characterized by high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardant, high insulation, and excellent permeability to electromagnetic waves, etc. The honeycomb core made of it is more than two times the compressive strength of a mesoaramid honeycomb core.
Applications
The product is mainly used to make high-strength, lightweight honeycomb structural materials, widely used in aircraft, high-speed rail, ships, caravans, and other large rigidity, sub-stress structural components. Aramid honeycomb core material is also widely used in wind turbine blade manufacturing, ship and yacht manufacturing, ski manufacturing, rowing boat manufacturing, and so on because of its outstanding performance.
