Butyl Rubber/Halogenated Butyl Rubber (IIR&HIIR)
Chlorobutyl Rubber

Chlorobutyl rubber is a chlorinated isobutylene-isoprene copolymer. Boasting its excellent air tightness, damping, heat resistance, chemical resistance, ozone aging resistance, and flexing resistance, as well as good vulcanization performance and compatibility, it can be widely used in tire inner liners, tire sidewalls, medical plugs, anticorrosive linings, protective clothing, shock absorbers, shoe materials, and other fields.

Advantages

    1. Supported by Chambroad Chemical Research Institute, we independently develop and innovate the chlorination reaction process of butyl rubber.

    2. Excellent air tightness as brominated butyl rubber.

    3. With better stability, it can withstand underwater environment and is applied to underwater products.

    4. Excellent fatigue resistance, light, heat and ozone aging resistance.

    5. Good burn safety; can be blended with synthetic rubber to achieve a better effect; a wide range of applications.

Applications

Used in tire inner liners, tire sidewalls, medical plugs, anticorrosive linings, protective clothing, shock absorbers, shoe materials, and other fields.

Bio-Based Itaconate Rubber (Bio-IBR)

Prepared by low-temperature emulsion polymerization with green biomass itaconic acid ester as the main monomer, the bio-based itaconate rubber is the first bio-based synthetic rubber species in the world.

Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR)

Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) is a special rubber material obtained by selective hydrogenation of unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds in the molecular chain of nitrile rubber.
