Prepared by low-temperature emulsion polymerization with green biomass itaconic acid ester as the main monomer, the bio-based itaconate rubber is the first bio-based synthetic rubber species in the world.
Bromobutyl rubber is an isobutylene-isoprene copolymer elastomer containing active bromine. With excellent air tightness, damping, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and ozone aging resistance, as well as good vulcanization performance and compatibility, it can be widely used in tires, medical plugs, anticorrosive lining, protective clothing, shock-absorbing parts, shoe materials, and other fields.
1. Excellent airtight performance: Its air permeability is 1/7 of natural rubber, and 1/5 of styrene-butadiene rubber, making air pressure in tires sufficiently stable to ensure long periods of drive and promote low-carbon life.
