Butyl Rubber/Halogenated Butyl Rubber (IIR&HIIR)
General Butyl Rubber

The ordinary butyl rubber molecular chain has a low degree of unsaturation, with a high side chain methyl dispersion density and good air tightness, energy absorption, chemical stability, and thermal stability, thus mainly applied in tire inner tubes, curing capsules, waterproof materials, and shock absorption materials.

Advantages

    1. Excellent air and water tightness, used in inner tubes, waterproof materials, and other fields.

    2. With a basically saturated molecular chain and excellent stability, it is widely used in construction sealing and other fields.

    3. The product has more excellent processing performance after branched, to meet the needs of high-end applications such as vulcanized capsules.

Applications

Used in the manufacture of a variety of inner tubes, vulcanized capsules, shoe materials, ball bladders, sealing materials, electrical insulation materials, etc.

Bio-Based Itaconate Rubber (Bio-IBR)

Prepared by low-temperature emulsion polymerization with green biomass itaconic acid ester as the main monomer, the bio-based itaconate rubber is the first bio-based synthetic rubber species in the world.

Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR)

Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) is a special rubber material obtained by selective hydrogenation of unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds in the molecular chain of nitrile rubber.
