1. Introduction

The enzyme workshop has an annual production capacity of 300 tons of enzyme liquid and 1,000 tons of compound drinks. Functional GMP workshop is designed and constructed in strict accordance with national purification standards for the production of a variety of health care and functional food. A variety of medicinal and food-based enzyme drinks and compound drinks have been developed so far to form an integrated business system, focusing on the production and sales of enzyme, natto, maitake and other functional food.
