FDR-Fenton Technology

The Fenton method is an advanced chemical oxidation method commonly used in the advanced treatment of wastewater to remove COD, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chromaticity, and foam. Our advanced oxidation FDR-Fenton fluidized bed device and technology is nationally leading and was awarded as a technology innovation project by Shandong enterprises in 2021.

Features

    1. The most suitable reaction temperature is 10-35 ℃;

    2. Reaction time is 21-30 min;

    3. Optimal reaction pH is 2.5-4.5.

Advantages

    1. COD removal efficiency is as high as 50%-60%;

    2. Save 1/3 chemicals, compared with traditional Fenton;

    3. The reaction is complete, and the efficiency of pharmaceutical utilization is up to 80%;

    4. 2/3 abatement of sludge;

    5. Wide-range and broad-spectrum;

    6. Small footprint and a high degree of automation.

Applications

    Fluidized bed Fenton has a wide range of applications, and is used extensively in pharmaceuticals, pesticide intermediates, printing and dyeing, petroleum refining, leather, dyestuffs, and chemical industry wastewater treatment.
