Carbon Mineralization CCUS Technology

Carbon mineralization CCUS technology has low cost, low energy consumption, high efficiency, high value, and carbon capture. Industrialization verification, feasible technology, and controllable cost are conducive to rapid promotion and help to achieve the national "dual carbon" goal. Advantages

    1. It can directly utilize industrial tail gas with carbon dioxide concentration >10%, without purification, and each ton of spirit mineralized material absorbs 0.3-0.5 tons of CO2.

    2. Direct use of low-concentration flue gas: The technology differs from the traditional CCUS technology used in storage, oil recovery, agriculture, and food units. Without purifying the carbon dioxide in the flue gas to more than 90%, it can make use of flue gas with a concentration of >10%.

    3. Direct utilization: Saving the amine absorption, membrane separation, PSA and other traditional pre-treatment, with low energy consumption and low cost, which is one-fifth of the traditional method, it has broken through the bottleneck of the industry. 

    4. Compared with the traditional process, no concentration unit, transportation, or storage unit is needed, and the reaction is carried out at room temperature and pressure.

    5. Zero energy consumption in the reaction process reduces overall operating costs and improves production efficiency.
