Polybutylene alloy
The Polybutylene alloy (PB-A) is a novel material to overcome the lengthy processing cycle of polybutylene-1, while maintaining its advantages such as outstanding weather resistance, high pressure grade, and longevity. PB-1, known as "plastic gold", is one of the most pressure-resistant materials for hot water pipes. By toughening and modifying polypropylene and nylon, Chambroad's PB-A can be used in packaging films with high impact resistance and also applied in chemicals and mining plates with high rigidity and wear resistance.
Advantages
With a crystallization cycle of only 48 hours, it breaks the foreign technology monopolization and improves the downstream inventory turnover rate.
The raw material for hot water pipes with the highest pressure resistance rating.
Capable of long-term use at temperatures from -20℃ to 90℃, with a maximum operating temperature of 110℃.
Applications
Pipe for hot water and drinking water, easy-to-tear film
